Community Guidelines

A week in new manager time can feel like a month, and when you’re trying to handle a challenging situation, a day can make all the difference. So to make sure you’ve got both practical AND emotional support between calls, we've created this community which we're certain will be a valuable resource for you. 

You can use the community for: 

  • Requesting guidance on how to navigate sticky situations 
  • Asking for feedback or recommendations on something specific - from software to structuring a workshop
  • Sharing honestly about any challenges you’re going through with people who really understand - and getting much-needed pep talks on demand
  • Celebrating the inevitable wins + breakthroughs you’ll be experiencing throughout the program so we can happy dance with you! 🕺

  • I’m Canadian so forgive the different spelling. We adopted the British way of spelling ;)

Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, my role here is to support you as a student and take care of everything going on behind the scenes!

About Me:
  • I have a mini dachshund named Theo & a corgi mix named Ollie- they are always with me!
  • I have a massive candle obsession

Community Guidelines

Our goal with this program is to provide a safe space where everyone feels welcome, seen, and heard. To maintain this environment, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Give value and promote discussion: Share your wins, ask questions, answer inquiries, and provide insights. The more you contribute, the richer the community becomes.
  • Keep it positive and respectful: Inappropriate comments will be removed, and repeat offenders may face removal from the community. Let’s foster an atmosphere of kindness and respect.
  • Constructive sharing: While we encourage sharing challenges, please ensure they are framed with the intention to seek solutions rather than simply venting. Complaints about team members should be avoided. If a post veers into venting without purpose or is unkind, it will be deleted.
  • No such thing as a silly question: If you’re thinking it, someone else has likely thought it too. Don’t hesitate to ask questions; our community is here to support each other.

  • Office hours: Our team is available for support Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 7 pm EST.

The Win Wall: Share your aha moments and victories. This channel is for celebrating successes.

Updates & News: Every once in awhile we'll share announcements, surprises and reminders 

Inspiration: People management is hard, we'll share quotes, challenges, and words of support 

Ask a Question: Have management-related queries? This channel is specifically for asking questions, and members can provide insights and assistance.
