A week in new manager time can feel like a month, and when you’re trying to handle a challenging situation, a day can make all the difference. So to make sure you’ve got both practical AND emotional support between calls, we've created this community which we're certain will be a valuable resource for you.Â
You can use the community for:Â
- Requesting guidance on how to navigate sticky situationsÂ
- Asking for feedback or recommendations on something specific - from software to structuring a workshop
- Sharing honestly about any challenges you’re going through with people who really understand - and getting much-needed pep talks on demand
- Celebrating the inevitable wins + breakthroughs you’ll be experiencing throughout the program so we can happy dance with you! 🕺

Community Guidelines
Our goal with this program is to provide a safe space where everyone feels welcome, seen, and heard. To maintain this environment, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
- Give value and promote discussion: Share your wins, ask questions, answer inquiries, and provide insights. The more you contribute, the richer the community becomes.
- Keep it positive and respectful: Inappropriate comments will be removed, and repeat offenders may face removal from the community. Let’s foster an atmosphere of kindness and respect.
- Constructive sharing: While we encourage sharing challenges, please ensure they are framed with the intention to seek solutions rather than simply venting. Complaints about team members should be avoided. If a post veers into venting without purpose or is unkind, it will be deleted.

No such thing as a silly question: If you’re thinking it, someone else has likely thought it too. Don’t hesitate to ask questions; our community is here to support each other.
